Sun, 13 July 2008 This sermon explores hinderances to the word of God taking root in us and bringing forth the abundance of God Kingdom of peace and justice. We explore the good soil, the hard packed path, stones in the field and thorns that choke the the new grown seeds. The sermon recording starts a bit into the sermon. The sermon began with a discussion of good soil as freshly turned Kansas earth with its life giving aroma. Then we explore how a group of youth from Olathe, Kansas advocated for a life that is alcohol and drug free.
